How specifications like ODF and OOXML that do not "clearly and
unambiguously specify the conformity requirements that are essential
to achieve the interoperability" can be described either as "open" or

Prepending "really" to "open standard" in context is simply
preposterous.
Time for a reality check, IMHO.
