It will be interesting to learn what India's grounds are. They had
some very tough comments accompanying their no vote.

BTW, I can't recall where I saw it but a few days ago I ran across an
article on OOXML briefly mentioning that British Standards Insittute
was in High Court over OOXML, although the article did not say in what
capacity, i.e., plaintiff, defendant, witness, etc. Does anyone have
any details on that? I was wondering whether it might have something
to do with the Becta complaint or some such.
