IMHO, both Jean and Lars have good points here.  And no, I don't think that
you were being to literal, Lars.  Until you made the point about this
announcement being vaporware, Lars, I was just passively assuming that
Microsoft would implement this announcement.  Of course, until it is done,
they are hoping that they can get mileage with the EU regulators just by
making the announcement, and then not having to actually DO what they said
they would do.
