[odf-discuss] "XML in the Office" event: call for speakers

Yes, there is some money in the Fellowship's account. The 
Discretionary Expenses Committee (Lars, Russell, and I) would need to 
approve the expenditure, but (speaking for myself only) this sounds 
like a very good use: covering (or helping with) travel expenses for a 
conference speaker.
