End-users will (ab)use your software beyond your wildest dreams (not 
using styles, entering newlines instead of page breaks, using a word 
processor as a photo album, playing lottery games in spreadsheets etc)

And in the end, this is *the* most important test for end-users
(for example, Amaya is probably the most conforming web browser, but 
no-one is using it...)
