Well, we are not a company and don't have a rigid hierarchical
structure. We can have people in charge of specific things (website
admins, deciding what projects to fund with our money, etc). When we
need an official decision and there isn't someone in charge of that, we
hold a vote. I'll admit that when I first came up with this structure it
was a bit of an experiment on how decentralized I could make the group.
Decentralization does have drawbacks. Maybe we should add a president so
that next time someone says "take me to your leader" I can give an answer.

Anyways... back to the test suite: my first reaction is "I'm interested"
and I'm technical, but I really don't know what I'd be getting myself
into if I join.

I wonder: Is it possible to use the existing test suite as a starting
point? Waldo Bastian and Thomas Zander have already put a lot of time
into it and it'd be a shame to duplicate all of that effort. Speaking of
which, Waldo and Thomas are both good candidates to join the effort.
They would be bringing both experience and a lot of ready-made work with
them.

Cheers,
Daniel.
