Yeah, and this semantic web technology is dependent on open codecs like ogg
theora:

Currently, I am hearing lots of complaints about ogg theora, and even the
Internet Archive is having troubles with its roll-out, which is why we
currently are posting content on the Internet Archive's Digital Tipping
Point Video Collection in both ogg theora and MP3. It is my understanding
that MP3s will become unencumbered in under 18 months.
