Thanks.  This is quite timely.  Some of his apparent confusion and
disorientation seems based in part on the MS FUD about formula
definitions.  As an editor, that is something he should know better.
Same goes for his repetition of the mapping complaint.  In all, it calls
into question either his competency or his integrity.  (*)

Regardless, ISO is not the forum for development of
standards/specifications, which is clearly the stage at which MOOX finds
itself.
