skim, it looks like no one has maintained it since. I don't recall the date
I did the last update, but it's been well over a year.

As I recall, I sent Jean information about the app I used to maintain the
page (KnowIt) along with the source file for the last revision. I used
KnowIt because it is a Linux-based outliner that exports very clean HTML
along with a hyperlinked table of contents. A bit of cut and paste and you
get the page as it is formatted. The source file also contains a node with
the sites I normally checked when doing a page update. But most of the
information was gathered by monitoring news reports about ODF.
