I'm finding that OOo 2.3 handles 1234.12339999999 correctly but not
1234.123399999999 or anything else of greater precision.
1234.12339999999 gets stored as 1234.12339999999, but
1234.123399999999 gets stored as 1234.1234
However, that's a bug in the application not the specification /
standard for the data.
