Sorry to reply to my own post.  Just for clarification, the topic of the 
article is the confusion and FUD eminating from Morten Tollefsen at 
MediaLT.  The article's author, Eirik Rossen at Digi.no, does a good job 
of cutting through it.  However, the editors at Digi.no let through (or 
created) an error in exanding the MS acronym out to "Open Office XML" {sic}.
