[odf-discuss] Closing Day at the KDE 4.0 Release Event

I've been reading over Ecmas response to Denmark #0031 where they now
claim support for KDE KParts and Gnome's Bonobo.

(the element names tend to point out that they're not so sincere; they
remain as oleObject, oleLinks, oleLink etc. and only the documentation
has changed)

Does anyone know who with KOffice or KDE I would contact to ask about
this? I sent an email to KDE's Richard Moore (who looks like an expert)
back in December but I never received a response.

By the way, I notice that the recent talk of accessibility changes
within OOXML
http://openxmldeveloper.org/archive/2007/07/02/Accessibility_of_Open_XML.aspx
has turned out to be a little strange. Microsoft misquoted the W3C
accessibility guides in favour of OOXML by adding "or captions" to
checkpoint 5.5. Without changing the W3C text it looks like OOXML
wouldn't pass. They also claim that image maps have no place in Office
Suites (only rectangular image content should be linked then? Bizarre).
