And ODF fits in because the key there would be the availability of

Things seemed to have been primed for the new year.  I wonder how long
M$ was organizing this and what the best way to work around it would be.
I suppose it just comes down to needing an OCD-style monitoring like
with Wikipedia.  It would be nice for there to be other options.
