[odf-discuss] Microsoft's view of standards as a tool of war

Roy Schestowitz and Pamela Jones have done a great job of unearthing a 1997
document in which a Microsoftie goes way over the top in saying that
technical evangelism is war, and stacking the "neutral" panels is justified
in furtherance of that war.  Pamela Jones compares that document to
Microsoft's current work in the OOXML v ODF contest for control of ISO
