Yes, I've thought of that and it is sometimes a factor.  However, I 
still notice that even mainstream newspaper articles and mainstream 
magazine articles tend to persist if they are negative against open 
standard or persist if they are pumping FUD or MOOX.  This is not 100%, 
but common enough to be noticeable.

Last spring or summer the situation was quite different and Google News 
brought up all the hot material on ODF.
