Not sure if it's the latest version, though, maybe Alex Hudson or Roman 
Fordinal could shed some light on this.

I've never used it before, but basically it's a perl wrapper around the 
1.0 RNG files, so adding support for 1.1 and 1.2 would be a trivial 
enhancement...
