[odf-discuss] JTC 1 ballot results leaked?

Courtesy of Slashdot, this site claims to have a leaked copy of the
DIS-29500 ballot results. <

Note the download link for the document. The document does not appear to be
an official JTC 1 document. It's missing the usual numbering, metadata, etc.
I'm mindful that today is April 1.
