[odf-discuss] Proposal for moderation rules

I think that's a good idea. We should also include other kinds of 
threats. So the rules could be:

1. Personal attacks are not allowed.
2. Threats (legal, physical or otherwise) against the Fellowship or any 
member are not allowed.
3. When a person is removed from the list, the moderator shall inform 
the list. If the majority of respondents disagree with the decision, the 
decision to remove is revoked.
