[odf-discuss] Proposal for Moderation of ODF discussion list

It is customary in most other special-interest lists to be moderated.

Given several factors both on this list and others, I would like to
propose that we begin using moderation.

It is essential that we maintain a very, very high signal to noise ratio
and that unnecessary fuss unrelated to open standards, or carrying a
payload unrelated to open standards, be culled.  This includes spam.
