[odf-discuss] Fellowship server out again - now rebooted

The Fellowship's server appears to have been down for an hour or 
two again today before I discovered the problem and rebooted it. 
Sorry for the inconvenience. I sure wish I knew what was causing 
these frequent (approx. once a week or so) outages and how to 
prevent them! Rebooting is easy, but only if one realises that 
the wretched thing has gone down.
