as far as I understood after discussing the point with other friends
and supporter of ODF, it is definitively possible to change *any*
vote, provided the country has voted and decides to go and attend the
BRM to enter the new vote.
Going from ABSTAIN to YES is a way, and I plan to work *actively* on
this in our country.
