Hi folks,

I spent the weekend writing a vote visualizer.

The main thing that this has is that you can change a country's vote, it 
works in Firefox, Safari, and IE6+.

I'm not sure if the voting math is correct yet -- could someone see if 
it's correct? You can see the javascript code here,
