The discussions that might have occurred between Sun and the Foundation 
are not public knowledge. I cannot assume that your interpretation of 
events is accurate.

Neither does "Sun". Individuals vote. Some individuals happen to be Sun 
employees, others are IBM employees, and others are KDE developers. But 
you know exactly what I mean. Developers from Sun, IBM and KDE did not 
approve your proposals.
