[odf-discuss] List is being moderated

Hello everyone,

The Fellowship members have reached a decision. Moderation on 
this list is now in effect. The main list moderator is Lars 
Noodén; others will share the work. The mailing list rules are:

For now the "emergency-moderation" flag is on; all messages are 
being moderated. In the future the flag will be removed and the 
moderator will intervene only when there are inappropriate 
postings from a subscriber.
