And it's best to set-up those policies _upfront_, while everyone agrees ...
Then no one can later dispute the validity of the policies when they are
applied against him/her.
If no agreement can be reached on such policies on this list, that would
be enough grounds for me to quit this list and move to a different list,
where sound mailing list policies are unanimously pre-agreed by all
members.
