Moderation doesn't necessarily mean that the poor moderator has to read 
and approve each post individually. I agree that this wastes a lot of 
time that could be better used elsewhere. What I advocate is making it 
so that any subscriber can post, but if someone starts misbehaving the 
moderator can intervene.
