I disagree. While perception also matters, what is actually happening,
the underlying values of the Gnome community, etc. should matter quite a
bit too, don't you think?
To say the fact Jeff is trying to defend his organization from the
attacks on this list *demonstrates* there is a problem is just the wrong
logic. There is such a thing as a unjustified attacks, you know?
