It was not terribly difficult for the GNOME Foundation to join ECMA
as a non-profit organisation, and there is no cost.  I do not follow
the politics of ODF, and do not know whom to contact.  Does anyone
on this list have a suggestion on which organisation would be
interested in joining ECMA ?
