Which has nothing to do with whether Jody is in TC45. If Jody quits the TC, Gnumeric's support for OOXML will not disappear. Likewise, Gnumeric's support for OOXML can disapear without Jody leaving TC45. The issues are distinct and separate. Start another thread if you want to talk about this other issue.

I don't think Jody has signed anything, and he is no longer at Novell.
