But none of the conflicts raised have anything to do with how popular OOXML is. The conflicts are not "this is hard to implement" or "only Microsoft uses it". Even being a bit irratioinal, Gnome's presence in TC45 has nothing to do with how the conflicts are resolved or ignored. Can you find any conflict that even a reasonably irrational person could call resolved on the basis that Gnome is in TC45?
