Show me one law that would make ODF 1.1 legal but not ODF 1.0. It's 
important that everyone realize that the difference between 1.0 and 1.1 
is very very small. Also, back to your original question about the 
applications page, please do take a look at the categories we have and 
the scores the applications have and ask yourself whether you'd expect 
1.0 vs 1.1 to make any difference at all to the rankings.

Damm it, do you understand the difference between supporting an 
accessibility feature and being accessible? Firefox supports the 'alt' 
attribute but that doesn't help you hook it up to Gnopernicus.
