Daniel,

I think you need to add the following to be clear...

3. In a new text file, write your document as if it were HTML (but without
the <head> section and body tags), changing the
tag names as in TABLE 1 below.

4. Put your document inside the <office:text> tags (which replace the <body>
tags) in content.xml
