Could I ask please that we use the full URLS or if tinyurl or other 
redirectors are used, please include a full citation to the article.

 	+ it's easier to see at a glance who the 'publisher' is
 	+ tinyurl introduces an additional point of failure

There are probably other archival, usability, privacy factors.
