No. One of the Sun guys blabbed about it off-list. To add to that,
there's a mountain of circumstantial evidence and the only thing
cutting the other way is the denial that it happened. There's a bit of
ass-covering going on.

I don't have any problem with admitting when I was wrong and
apologizing for my error. But I also spent way too much time in court
to make the kind of charge I did without having the proof at hand.

If you hadn't noticed, I've been making much stronger statements about
Sun staff's behavior for the last couple of weeks, including citations
to the relevant criminal statutes carrying 3 year prison terms per
overt act. Interesting that this is the first denial, yes?
