Includes 35-45 new entries or so. We now have adoption decisions or
pending decisions in 40 nations, nearly all adoption decisions.

Just as a general impression, adoption decisions seem to be
accelerating worldwide.

If anyone could figure out what governments have committed to One
Laptop Per Child and how many computers each government has ordered,
plus a link for each decision, I'll update the page sooner this time.
I wasn't able to find any information along those lines except for
Rwanda, and even for it no numbers.

A tip of the hat to people who post links to adoption decisions, and
to Lars in particular for digging up the information on Norway.
