[odf-discuss] Follow up on Belgium and ODF?

Odd coincidence. I've been working on updating the Precedent page
since yesterday morning. The new version should be up in a few hours.
What I have for Belgium in the outline for the new page is:

<li>From September 2007 on, all federal government departments should
be able to read ODF documents, and in September 2008 ODF will be the
only accepted document format for exchange between departments. (<a
