Same with teaching children. What three key points do you want them to
come away with. At the beginning tell the what they are going to learn,
in the middle tell them what they are learning and at the end tel them
what they have learnt. You might also give them some pointers as to
where this leads them.

Just management really. It requires setting priorities and getting the
detail into appropriate perspective.

To keep on topic, its the same with promoting odf. What are the 3 key
most important messages to purvey? I'll leave that as homework :-)
