[odf-discuss] Anyway to generate thumbnails out of ODF

Hi I wonder how does KDE or Gnome usually generate thumbnails out of the  
first page of PDF and MSO filetypes. It seems that ODF is lacking in ths  
area since it shows just the regular icon for ODF.

Has anyone looked into this in the past, is there any significant  
showstopper?
