Ok... any ODF 1.0 file is also a fully valid and well-formed ODF 1.1 
file. So all the usual applications (OOo, KOffice, Workplace etc) meet 
those two requirements. Likewise, unless something very unexpected 
happens, an ODF 1.0 or 1.1 file will also be a valid ODF 1.2 file when 
ODF 1.2 comes out. The OASIS TC will only break forwards compatibility 
under extreme duress.
