Contacting each projects that use icons and would be using ODF?

For example, I contacted Moodle and they have worked in some icons
starting with Moodle version 1.7:

We have a whole list of projects on the applications page:
	http://opendocumentfellowship.org/applications

The same could be done for KDE, Xfce, Fluxbox, and other desktop
environments.

Many distros have their own themes / subthemes, so working with them
would also be an option.
