I get the page of the link you point, but when you go down and click on the
link of the study itself ("Format conversion technologies set to benefit
institutional repositories 11.28.06") you get:
"We're sorry, the page you are looking for does not exist. Please check the
URL and try again."
Any other link to the actual study?
