Interesting but unfortunately wrong.
The definition of CEILING in MS Excel or MSOOXML can not be
mathematically wrong. It may be different from the definition of ceiling
used in Mathematics but being a definition this is simply an agreement
for the moment. The mathematical ceiling function also has always only a
single argument so even OpenFormula/OOs differ from teh definition
usually used in Mathematics. In fact Gnumeric may be the only program of
those listed that implements the mathematical ceiling function (using
the name CEIL as most TeX savy mathematicians would expect since the
symbol s used in TeX are \lceil and \rceil.)
