Jerry, if you happen to know of any firms that are looking for whopper
antirust claims to pursue, we've got those issues in spades and a very
deep pocket potential defendant. Also, if you have contacts with any
State attorney general offices that might be interested in the
consumer protection or antitrust angles, there's no shortage of those
either.
I'd be happy to corrrespond with any of the above in regard to the
issues and what I've dug up on them. The Novell-Microsoft deal is part
and parcel of this thing, and it's a pretty straightforward Sherman
Act combination in restraint of trade, with a civil remedy available
as well. All or nearly all of the states have their state law
equivalents.
