Hello,

I'm releasing the second Beta release of the Fellowship's OpenDocument
Viewer.

What's new in this release?

Mostly bug fixes. This is an incremental release.

* New: I added a Help > Online Support menu entry.
* New: Installer for Linux[1].
* New: README and License files for Linux and Mac OS packages.
* Bugfix: The installation problem reported by Peter should be fixed.
* Bugfix: The printing problem reported by Jean is fixed.
* Bugfix: Some of the presentation bugs Peter reported are fixed[2].
* Bugfix: Eugene has done additional work on spreadsheet support.

[1] It doesn't look new because I've been asking for input on this list
at every step. But much of my effort after the Beta 1 release went into
developing an installer for Linux.

[2] I don't expect it to do well with all presentations. But I can say
that several major issues have been fixed. Some files that used to
render quite horribly now look good.

Notes:
* Please take a look and test.
* Especially test the Windows installation. I don't have Windows so I
made the installer using wine. I was very careful, but there are things
I just can't test, (desktop shortcuts, start menu entries, etc).
