Ah, I found the answer. View > Online View returns to what I 
called "normal". This is a typical "Jean is really dumb in the 
early morning" user error. :-)

Hmm... perhaps I should add this tip to the FAQ page? If I'm so 
slow to figure it out, others might be too -- especially your 
average Windows user. ;-)  Maybe I'll start a "Usage Tips" 
section -- what do you think?
