[odf-discuss] Anyone know what app this is?

Today's XML.org newsletter had a blurb about the ODF 1.1 spec being
open for voting at OASIS on Jan. 16. The linked notice,

referred and linked to a certification by the Royal National Institute
for the Blind that they are successfully using the specification.

Does anyone know what their application is? Have a link to look at it?
I looked around the RNIB web site but didn't find it.
