There is no reason why odftools-0.2.tgz has to include everything. Just
include the packages that are expected to work reliably. See the
Makefile script on SVN. Those are the packages that I consider ready to
use.

If you wish to have your own project in SVN, you are welcome to. I don't
want to push you to work in a way that you are not comfortable with.
Having said that, here is a suggestion:

* Make a project for the Python API only.
* Leave command-line tools in odf-tools.

This creates a logical distinction. Python API goes in one place and
command-line tools go in another. And I gather that most of your
command-line tools are short scripts that simply use the API, correct?
