Out of the box... no.
With the addition of a:

chmod a+x ~/.local/bin/odfviewer

..yes. Well, yes-ish. I have a GUI. The first things I tried to open
were a couple of my presentations created in OOo as odp files. Images
are displaced and the text is on holidays, but you get that I guess.

I may try for screen shots made from something that renders nicely. :-)
