Excellent. Yep, sourceforge thinks I'm on the project. With any luck
the ODFdiscuss list thinks my gmail address is now on its list as
well.
I have added a php redirect to the sourceforge odfviewer web space to
point at the fellowship page for the site, so curious clickers should
now go somewhere useful. That is, anyone who clicks through
https://sourceforge.net/projects/odfviewer/ to Project -> Website
will now go to the fellowship's viewer page.
I was going to add some screenshots but on the two linux machines
where I attempted a viewer install, it doesn't work. In both cases
(both Kubuntu Dapper x86), Autopackage declares that all is well, but
there are no new menu entries, one of them added an odd file to
~/Desktop and /opt/odfellowship/bin/odfviewer has no result - not even
an error. I haven't investigated far and it may be me, but it's a tad
bewildering. The requisite files seem to be in place, but nothing
happens.
I installed a couple of weeks back on a Win2k machine and that
appeared to work, +/- some odd rendering.
So, I have to look further.
Cheers,
MC
