I assume that means 35 Euros per page. Anyway, regardless of the price
per pagewhat matters in this case is:

* how many _words_ one of their pages contains? (varies wildly from
  magazine to magazine)

* how many pages/words should this article be?

In other words, how much _stuff_ should be produced by this friday??

By that date one may put together one original page, maybe two, but if
the article had to be, say, 5+ pages it would very, very difficult to
write them all in such a short time.
